2.954 miles in 24:47:18 for 8:23:29 pace. I'm not sure if there's a way for me to calculate my pace on this site, though I'm sure there is... I'm still discovering all the tools on here. This was a short run, but a good one. I didn't run very hard often when training for the marathon, so I want to ease into stronger, longer runs. I'd like to get used to running faster when I'm tired. Also, looking at the photos of myself in the marathon, I think my stride is a little sloppy. It may just be some bad angles, or me overanalyzing, but it looks like my legs are strong going forward, but sort of flop back. I'm trying to keep in mind, so I follow through with my stride.
